THE EXPERIENCE Literacy improvement begins with connection and clarity. When leaders share an understanding of effective literacy instruction, they can create the alignment and consistency needed to improve outcomes for every student. Level-Up Literacy Leadership Coaching is a semester-long online experience designed to bring literacy leaders together to create space for connection, to strengthen leadership practice, develop sustainable systems and create meaningful literacy improvement across their schools. Through live coaching, practical resources, collaborative discussions and implementation support, you'll gain the guidance and evidence-informed tools to clarify effective literacy instruction, lead with confidence and develop a ready-to-launch literacy plan for 2027. THE MIDDLE LEADER Carefully created PL for Middle Leaders leading whole-school literacy improvement: Literacy Leaders, Heads of Curriculum/ English, Heads of Teaching and Learning, Leading Teachers and Learning Specialists. THE INVESTMENT A school investment of AUD $2,027.00 provides access for a leadership team of 1-4 participants. This includes all live Zoom sessions, booklet, resources, materials and session recordings.
